Moles and Warts

About Moles
Moles get formed when a cluster of pigmented cells grow in a particular spot in the body. These pigment-producing cells or melanocytes, occasionally grow in clusters instead of spreading out to form moles that are brown, black or skin colour. Even though most moles are harmless, there is a rare chance of them being cancerous too. Moles are common and might prove to be unattractive. They can be congenital moles, which exist from the time of birth or acquired moles, which appear later in life.

Surgical excision
Surgical mole excision involves removing a mole by cutting it out with sharp tools, along with a small portion of surrounding tissue. A numbing medicine is applied to ensure comfort, and the area is stitched to heal. Consulting a doctor is recommended to check for cancerous cells and prevent their spread.

Surgical Shave
After administering local anesthesia, raised moles are carefully shaved with a surgical scalpel. Electrosurgical dermal loops smooth the area to blend with surrounding skin, minimizing visible scarring. Our specialists apply creams and antibiotics to prevent bleeding and infection, ensuring a painless, safe, and affordable procedure.

Laser treatment
Laser treatment is a painless, non-surgical procedure with minimal scarring risk. Using an Erbium-YAG/CO2 laser, pigmentation is precisely removed, allowing quick, natural healing without harming surrounding tissue. The area is automatically sterilized, enhancing its appearance. Post-treatment, avoid sun exposure and apply sunscreen regularly, even indoors.

Electrosurgery
Electrosurgery is used to trim the growth of the moles down to skin level.
Electrical energy generating radiofrequency medical devices are used to burn off a mole quickly and efficiently. It does not leave any major scar and ensures predictable wound recovery. What makes the treatment stand out is the precise and depth control burning, more effective than the other treatments.
